Forgiveness is not about excusing or justifying the hurtful actions of our fathers. It is about releasing ourselves from the burden of anger and bitterness. It seem impossible on our own, but with God’s help, all things are possible. God is a loving and compassionate healer who understands our pain and wants to bring restoration to our lives.
